Kevin P. Connor, 67 of Port Orange, Fl, passed away October 26, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Evanston, IL and grew up in Glenview, IL. He graduated from New Trier East HS and attended Southern Illinois University. He retired after three decades from his work as an Electrician both in Florida and the Chicago area. He enjoyed writing poetry in his spare time and working with special needs kids at the Marion Therapeutic Riding Association in Ocala, FL. Kevin was one of eleven children. He was predeceased by his parents, Williams S. Connor, Jr and his mother, Mary Jane Connor, and by his brother Patrick who was killed in action in Viet Nam in 1970 and Michael who died shortly after birth. Survivors include his daughter, Katie Jo and his grand daughter Kayla Ionitz and his great grandson Noah Serpa. His siblings include Steve Connor, Tom (Sharon) Connor, Kathy (Jerry) Weiland, Maureen Connor, Colleen (Ken) Rubo, Candy Weiss, Sheila (Mike) Kellet and Sean (Lupe) Connor.
