Lance Lewis Samples, Jr (69) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, passed away on June 29, 2026. Lance was born March 25, 1957, in Jacksonville, Florida to Lance and Joan Samples. Lance worked in the auto body repair industry for many years.

Lance is predeceased by his parents and younger brother Richard and nephew Joseph Samples.

He is survived by Lance Samples, III (son) and Julia Samples (daughter) and Patrick D. Samples (brother), family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
