Laura Marie Griffith, or as she was more affectionately known by many as Gigi, age 70, passed away Tuesday November 12th, 2024, at her home in Apopka, Florida. Born to Hazel and Virgil Doyno in Wheeling, WV, Laura resided in West Virginia for the first half of her life, until she moved to Florida in the early nineties. Laura raised three beautiful children, Cody, Sarah, and Rebekah, who in turn gave her three even more beautiful grandchildren named Reese, Remy, and Lily. Laura was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, but her favorite role was "Gigi" to her grandchildren. Laura had a magnetic personality that captivated all who met her, making friends with everyone she came in contact with. Laura was most happy on board a cruise ship with family and friends, and never missed a chance to spend time with those she loved. Laura will be greatly missed, and her love and memory will continue to live on through everyone who knew her.
