Lawrence Howard Klair, 57, of New Smyrna Beach died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 with his family by his side.    Larry was born July 20, 1952 in Baltimore, MD and graduated from Mount Verde Academy, Mt. Verde, FL.   After high school he joined the US Army and served his county for many years.  Larry then continued his education and attended Valencia Community College where he received training to become a Phlebotomist.  He worked at the Central Florida Blood Bank, Orlando 1991-1999 and Bert Fish Medical Central, New Smyrna Beach 1999-2010.  Larry was preceded in death by his nephew, Ian S. Klair and uncle, Howard P. Klair.  He is survived by his loving parents, Esther Klair of New Smyrna Beach and Ronald H. Klair, Sr of Maitland, FL; brother, Ronald H., Jr and his wife, Patricia of Longwood, FL; uncle, L. William Ice of Aiken, SC and six cousins.   Memorial dontations are requested to be made to First Presbyterian Church, 509 Magnolia St., New Smyrna Beach, 32169.  A memorial service will be held next week.  Time and date are still pending Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, FL
