Lena Merle Goodwin-Hamilton age 88 went to be with our Lord on September 30, 2023 at the Adventhealth Fish Memorial Hospital in Deland Florida.

Lena was born March 15, 1935 in Oxford, Mississippi to Clarence W. and Lillie L Bell Goodwin.

She was predeceased by husband Gary D. Hamilton, Daughter Pamela Bonnell and grandsons Christopher and Juston Bonnell. Survived by 6 children, Dale, Carol, Verna & Paul Bonnell, Paula & Richard Jenkins, Jr., 7 grandkids, Wendy, Dimitri, Damien, Robert, Leslie, Stephanie & Amanda. 10 great-grandkids Brayden, Kelbi, Michael, Damien, Ruby, Alex, Emmalina, Pace, Little Robert, & Braylee and Step son Ron Hamilton.

Lena was loved by all that she met.  From friends she met at a young age to the nurses at the Orange City Nursing home where she lived for the past year and a half.

Lena always put her children & grandkids first, and she always told us how proud she was of all of us. We will miss her loving smile and beautiful eyes, her unconditional love and wisdom, forever. She will never be forgotten.

We love you and will always miss you forever, Momma, you were the best.

We thank you Lord for allowing such a beautiful lady to be our mother.

A celebration of life will be schedule at a later time. All who knew her will be welcome to attend and celebrate Lena M. Hamilton's life. After the celebration there will be a Ceremony at the Titusville Veterans Memorial where Lena and Gary Hamilton will be placed in their final resting place.
