Obituary

Leonard "Outlaw" Preast, 57, peacefully finished his time here on earth and began his new life in heaven on Saturday December 9, 2023 in Hog Valley, FL.  He was born on December 17, 1965 to late Lawrence "Bud' Preast and Catherine Prather in Charleston Heights, WV.

He graduated from Gauley Bridge High School in 1984 and relocated to Silver Springs, FL where he met his first wife and God blessed them with four children. Leonard was a hard working people person.

You would rarely see him without one or more of his grandchildren and always surrounded by many of his loyal friends. He worked the last 20 years of his life for a company he loved and valued dearly, Tri Eagle Sales(Budweiser) where he maintained lifelong friendships. His greatest past time has always been hunting. He took over the  Southern Outfitters Hunt Club in the early 2000's, started by his late father in law, Payton "Gator Hunter" Lenway, and its still going strong today. He gained a second son, Aaron Jackson, when he married his second wife in 2005 and was honored to care for him since her passing in 2016. He attended New Harvest Church of God and his family was the pride and joy of his life.

In his last years he had several changes in life and devoted his time to serving the Lord and was reacquainted to his first love, Sharon Pritt, whom he married four months ago and spent the last ten months happier than ever.

The memories, wisdom and guidance given by Leonard will be cherished forever by his family and friends.
