In the early hours of July 30, 2025 at the age of 71, Linda Ruth Hiatt passed peacefully from this earthly life of laughter, joy, sorrow and pain into the loving arms of Jesus. Her pain is no longer and she's now walking on the water and dancing on the waves with her son Bradley Jr, her sweet mom Bonnie, her father Earl, brother Kenny and father-in-law Everett Hiatt Jr.

Over the past few years she had endured several debilitating health issues. But complications after suffering a devastating broken ankle last March left her bedfast since.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Bradley Sr, Fort Myers FL, brother Terry Goodwin, Greentown IN, nephew Bryan Goodwin, Greentown IN, mother-in-law Carolyn Hiatt, Sweetser IN, and brother-in-law Gregory Hiatt, Davenport IA. She will be sadly missed by special cousins Sandy McKenzie, O'Brien FL and Ann Shaffner, Estero FL.

She retired as an accounting manager from Omni-Source Inc in 2016. She and her husband Brad moved to Fort Myers FL at that time. Previously she was employed by Deister Concentrator Co and Serva/North American Van Lines, all located in Fort Wayne IN. She held a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She was greatly blessed over the years with many many wonderful friends, co-workers and acquaintances who loved her zesty personality. She truly loved them all in return. Despite the sorrow and tears of those left behind, we take comfort in the knowledge that the joy and laughter she brought us is now being shared with those waiting for us on the other side.
