Linda Gail Lee, age 75, of Ocala, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, surrounded by her friends and family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Linda was an accomplished barrel racer, affectionately known as "Sparky" among her peers. She cherished her horses—Bargain, Rerun, Go Dick, and Cash Cow—as well as her beloved pets, including dogs Lucy, Elvis, Sammy Jo, and Bentley, and her cat, Possum.

She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Young Harkey and Lora Lane (Richard), her son Brian Lee (Melissa), and three granddaughters, Julia Lane, Cristina Lane, and Malia Lee. Linda also leaves behind her dog Bentley, grand pup Monkey, brother Gerald Dorsey, and cousins Sheila Tallant and Shelly Hamilton.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Dorothy Dorsey; her husband of nearly 43 years, Dale Lee; and her sister, Sherry Dorsey.

Memorial services will be held at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, 11250 SW 93rd Ct. Rd., Ste 300, Ocala, FL 34481, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026, with the service beginning at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations may be made in Linda Lee’s honor to The Humane Society of Marion County, P.O.
