Lois P. Bott, 90, New Smyrna Beach, FL died February 12, 2015 in the loving care of the staff at Spruce Creek Assisted Living Facility in Port Orange FL and Halifax Health Hospice. Lois was born in Born Bangalow, Australia March 18, 1924. She married Frederick W Bott in Tweed Heads, Australia September 22, 1945. She arrived in the US as a war bride in 1946. Fred preceded Lois in death in 2011 after 66 years of marriage. Lois and Fred lived on Long Island New York until they moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1979. Lois was an avid homemaker and enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking. She leaves behind her son John and his wife Virginia, her daughter Deirdre and her husband Philip and two sisters in Australia, Daphne and Laurel. She was preceded in death by a sister Hazel. She had seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
