Loren Sweet, 36, of Ft. Myers, FL passed away on October 26, 2019 at her residence. She was born on March 9, 1983 in Smithtown, NY to James Sweet and Susan (Mintzer) Sweet Galatz. Loren work as a Paraprofessonal for the Lee County School System and she was a member of the SPALC. She loved music, was quite an artist, and animals were her passion. Loren is survived by her mother, Susan Sweet Galatz; her step-father, Ralph Galatz; her brother, Michael Sweet; her brother, Matthew Sweet and his wife Farila; her nieces, Ariana Sweet and Alya Sweet; her aunt, Julie Mintzer; her cousins, David Mintzer, Seth Mintzer, Josh Mintzer, and Sarah Mintzer-O'Hara; and the family dog, Bella. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life starting at 4:00 pm at Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, 4320 Colonial Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33966.
