Louise Rae Coburn-Stone

August 31, 1945 to February 21, 2022

Louise Rae Coburn-Stone was born on August 31, 1945 to Walter Coburn and Virginia Carlson-Coburn of Harvey, Illinois.

She was married briefly to Glenn Stone in 1977 before he passed away. She was an x-ray technician for many years prior to moving to North Fort Myers, F in 1981. There she met her life partner Ron Laing (from Canada) wherein they spent 25 years together travelling (casinos, boat tours, botanical gardens, flea markets, and seeing wildlife, etc.). They also ran several businesses together (laundromat, pool table sales and a bar).
Louise is survived by her nieces, Susan Thomas (Dale), Cynthia Coburn (Ron), Elizabeth Coburn and her nephews Donald Coburn (Karen) and Daniel Coburn (Joy). Also leaving behind three great nieces and one great great niece and one great great nephew as well as her loving sister-in-law Willette Coburn.
She was predeceased in death by her parents, brothers Kenneth and Eugene as well as her life partner Ron.  Louise spent her last few years at Mobile Manor in North Fort Myers where she made many friends and enjoyed playing cards and attending their many events. She passed away on February 21, 2022 after a short stay in the hospital.
