Lucy was born in Orlando, Florida where she graduated from Edgewater High School. She worked for over 20 years at Bert Fish Medical Center in New Smyrna Beach as a radiology and imaging technician. Lucy leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 31 years David, children Sarah Finlay-Woolwine, Ashley Harris, Lydia Shupert, siblings Cherry Metz, Reed Shoemaker, Harry Ferran, Anne White and eight grandchildren.

Gathering of friends and family will be scheduled in early 2017.
