Lynette Lorraine Billman-Schaeffer of Orlando, Florida has passed. She was born to Larry and Mary Billman at Washington County Hospital. She grew up in Brighton and attended Brighton Elementary, Washington Jr High and High School. In her younger years, she played softball for the Brighton Jets. Lynette held many jobs working with the elderly in the Washington County and Johnson County area. In 1993, she married Grant Schaeffer. They later divorced. She started her own home health care business in 1996 and continued until she became ill in 2020. She is survived by her siblings Larry Billman and LeAnn Bendixen, Mother Mary Furgason, Stepmom Shirley Billlman of indiana, Stepfather Tony Furgason, half brothers Tim and James, several nieces and nephews, cousins and many aunts and uncles, along with dear friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents,her father, and nephew Jacob. The entire family will forever be grateful to her Aunt Martha and Uncle Todd Baker for the 3 years they took care of her and especially in her final days. She will be missed by all who knew her.
