Lynette Benedicta Lahee Garrick, 81, of Kissimmee, FL, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025. She was born on May 7, 1944, in Port of Spain, Trinidad, to Alma and Fitzroy Lahee.

A devoted mother and caregiver, Lynette worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and earned her associate degree. She was a woman of strong Christian faith who loved gardening, traveling, cooking, and crochet. Known for her warmth and generosity, she especially cherished hosting family gatherings and supporting her loved ones.

She is survived by her son, Shawn Garrick; her siblings Declan, Noela, Micheal, and Ann; and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Franklin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 2–6 p.m. at 4101 Sonoma Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL.

Her love and legacy will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
