Lynn John Van Maurik, 85, Edgewater FL died Thursday, February 14, 2013. He was born in Rochester, PA. Lynn served our nation in the US Navy during WWII and worked as a corrections officer in the Miami-Dade County jail. Lynn was a communicant at St Gerard's Catholic Church Edgewater. He is survived by his wife Mae, children Susan Viars of Bonifay FL, Deborah Van Maurik of Edgewater, Donna Hardy of Hawaii, Lynn Van Maurik, Jr of Jacksonville, Paulina Hoffman of Edgewater, Karen Sullivan of Indianapolis, brother Cornelius Van Maurik of Pittsburgh, ten grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
