Margaret Neubert, 78 of New Smyrna Beach died Saturday, April 17, 2010.  Margaret was born September 9, 1931 in Muscot, TN.  She was the executive secretary to the CEO of the Knoxville Utilities Commission for 28 years.  After moving to New Smyrna Beach she volunteered for the Meals on Wheels program at the Brannon Center, New Smyrna Beach of 10 years.  She was kind, thoughtful and enjoyed helping others.  Margaret attended Beachside Baptist Church and was a member of the Rosemary Baptist Church, Muscot, TN.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Neubert.  Margaret is survived by her son, Joseph Neubert of Muscot, TN, granddaughter, Ruth Neubert; three sister-in-law's and very good friends, Bill and Emma Geno.  Interment will take place in Muscot, TN.  11:00 AM at Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 on April 20, 2010 (map/driving directions) Burial will take place in Muscot, TN
