Annette Sirkin, 89 of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on June 26, 2026 surrounded by her loving family & friends.

Annette (Margaret Annette Livingston) was born February 28, 1937 in Enterprise, Alabama. Daughter of Ewell & Annie Laurie Livingston. In 1946, the family moved to Winter Haven, FL where she graduated from high school in 1955. After completing courses in college, she worked for Kuder Citrus Co. and Tampa Electric.

Annette married Harold J Rice in 1957 and moved to Gainesville, Florida. After a few moves and career advancements, they settled in Ormond Beach, Florida with their two children, Kimberly and Kevin. Over the years, Annette was involved with many organizations throughout the community, including the PTA and volunteering with the Museum of Arts & Science. She even earned a Citation from Bethune-Cookman College in Recognition of Outstanding Service in Civic Enterprise and Human Relations in 1970. She and Harold divorced in 1976.

In 1986, Annette married Stephen M Sirkin and stayed in the Ormond Beach area, working as a real estate agent when Steve passed away in 2004. After Annette retired, she met Jim (Hutch) Hutchinson and they spent time traveling the US and several other countries, also enjoying her many friends and her loving family.

Annette is preceded in death by her parents, Ewell & Annie Livingston, husband Stephen M Sirkin, her brother Mike Livingston, her daughter’s husband Tracy (Sharp) and her companion Jim (Hutch) Hutchinson. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly and son Kevin (Denise), sister Wanda Shay (Williard), grandchildren Karley, Jason, Kirk & Cory, Hastings & Colyer. Stepdaughter Allison (Billy); many nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her supportive and loving friends, including some high school friends.
