Maria Gonzalez "Mami" passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013.  She was born on October 13, 1919 in Lares, Puerto Rico.  She lived in New York, Philadelphia and in Orlando since 1993.  Maria was a devout Catholic and a great cook.  We all loved her bistec con cebollas.  She was always affectionate and loved to hug and kiss those around her.  Who can forget her "bendiciciones".  Maria had 6 children, 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 11 great, great grandchildren.  She will always be in our hearts and will be missed by all who knew her.  A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June7, 2013 at the Winter Park Chapel, 301 West New England Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789.
