Maria T. Rumbaugh, 57, died Dec. 2, 2016 with her family by her side in Lady Lake, FL. She was born Jan. 8, 1959 in Geneva, NY to Moises and Rosario Torres. Her family moved to Hollywood, FL in 1975, where she graduated high school in 1977. She later moved to Houston, TX, where she met and married her late husband Kelly in 1983.

She loved her family, "Seinfeld," arts and crafts, and working in her sister's salon, Victoria Hair Co., where she devoted most of her time.

Maria is survived by her mother Rosario; sisters Victoria Kocken, Carmen Torres, and Macarena Awad; son Michael and spouse; daughter Christina; and granddaughter Madeline.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 17, at 2 p.m. in The Villages at The Savannah Center. Donations can be made payable to the Maria Rumbaugh Donation Fund or deposited directly at any Wells Fargo branch into the donation account #2040247591.
