She is  survived by her daughter, Anne Berardell, and husband Tom, and her son Britt Richards and wife Laura, both of Pa, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Frances and father ,Anthony Minkle, of Scranton, Pa. a sister Eleanor Norton of Tx. and brother Anthony Minkle Jr. of Pa.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures like Daisy flowers, Good Italian Food, a walk along a beach with soothing waves and her treasured unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus. She was a devoted mother who took pride in her family and without exclusion of her beloved pets. Her career as a hairstylist over 5 decades, included sharing a salon business with her daughter as they share the same love for cosmetology. She was an avid bowler years ago and sent her bright fire orange ball downing many alleys. In later year she could be found at home watching Game Show repeats  and the Golden Girls

Though she was warm and kind, she was also strong and resilient. She loved a good laugh and was always happy to give in need

Since she is no longer with us in body, her spirit and memories will forever warm and entertain our hearts. 🙂

Family will receive guests from 130 to 2pm with a "CELEBRATION of Life" to start promptly at 2pm on January 15 , 2026 at Grace Community Bible Church,1045 US-41 BYP, Venice, Fl 34285

where flowers/donations can be sent. Favorite flowers are white daisies, regular and Gerber daisies. Family ENCOURAGES ALL TO DRESS IN SHADES OF "Marie". She liked black and all shades of med-light blues.
