Marina Lewandowski, 68, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 7:40 PM at the Southeast Volusia Hospice of Volusia Care Center Edgewater with her family at her side. She died from a two year battle with cancer. Marina was born March 11, 1944 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She was raised in Linden, NJ and graduated from Linden High School. She moved to the area in 1976. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 47 years Walter, son Tye Lewandowski and Stacy Sperrazza all who reside in New Smyrna Beach. Services will be private. In lieu of other remembrances memorial donations are requested to Hospice of Volusia Flagler Southeast Care Center 4140 South Ridgewood Avenue Edgewater FL 32141 where the nurses are angels on earth.
