Marina Sanchez, daughter of Jose Gavarrete and Erlinda Barahona, was born on May 14, 1939 in Honduras and passed away at age 82 at 2:50 A.M. on November 15 ^th , 2021 in Ocala, Florida in the United States. Marina was a beloved wife to Norberto Sanchez; a cherished mother to David Sanchez, Felipe Flores, Leonel Gavarrete, Jose Sanchez, Maritza Gavarrete, Marlene Gavarrete, Marvin Gavarrete and Norberto Sanchez Jr.; a precious grandmother to Ariana Sanchez, Christian Quiles, Danielle Sanchez, Felipe Flores Jr., Marcus Sanchez, Mercy Sanchez, Norberto Sanchez Jr., Perla and Glorian; and a dear great-grandmother to Brianna Flores, Elijah Sanchez and Jeremiah Sanchez, Jeremiah Flores, and Shannon Flores. Aside from being a gracious, warm-hearted, and loving member of her family, Marina was also a devoted Christian who enjoyed spending her time studying and reading the Bible in solitude and with her fellow church-going friends.

Marina's abundance of love, kindness, generosity and selflessness has touched our lives in ways that we will always feel grateful for and never forget.
