In loving memory of Mark Robert Moffitt, who passed away on November 25, 2024, in Sarasota, Florida, at the age of 35. Born on July 24, 1989, in Rockford, Illinois, Mark was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Mark is survived by his devoted parents, Pamela and Timothy Moffitt, his loving brother Matthew Moffitt and sister-in-law Jennifer, and his dear sister Kimberly Redmond. He was a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews: Katelyn, Luke, Aaron, Hannah, Jacob, Noah, Abigail, and Anna. Mark was preceded in death by his brother Luke Moffitt and his grandparents, Robert and Joan Ewers.

A graduate of South Beloit High School, Mark pursued a career as an HVAC Technician, sharpening his skills at SCTI. He was a dedicated employee at Badger Bob's Services in Sarasota, where he was known for his professionalism and warmhearted nature.

Mark had a deep love for his dog, Lola, and cherished the time spent with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was an avid sports enthusiast, passionately supporting the Bears, White Sox, and Illini. Mark found joy in exploring nature and discovering new authentic restaurants, always eager to share these experiences with those he loved.

His kind and caring spirit touched everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. Mark's life will be celebrated at a service held at Restoration Fellowship on Sunday, December 1, at 6 p.m.

Mark Robert Moffitt will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His memory will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, dear Mark, in the embrace of the Lord.
