Martell S. Moyer, 85, of Ft. Myers, FL passed away on February 7, 2018. She was born on April 21, 1932 in Martin, KY to the late Joseph and Isabelle (Hall) Alley. She was a resident of Jamaica Bay for the last 30 years. Her beloved husband, William E. Moyer passed away just 2 days after Martell's passing. She is survived by her brother, Troy Alley, and numerous nieces and nephews.
