Martha Grace Mattheus Brown

Martha Grace Mattheus Brown, age 84, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022,
following a long battle with cancer. She was born on September 7, 1937, and was a life-long resident of
Ocala, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles T. Brown, Jr., by her daughter, Joy Faye
Brown and her brother A. Randolph Mattheus.

She is survived by her daughters, Sara L. Grubbs (Rusty) of Dunnellon, Florida; Marolyn S. Yarborough
(Tony) of Leesburg, Florida; and Carolyn A. Roberts (Kelly) of Ocala, Florida; two grandsons, Kyle Grubbs
(Theresa) of South Dakota and Crosby Roberts of Ocala, Florida, and also two brothers, Jack L. Mattheus
and Lawton S. Mattheus, both of Ocala, Florida.

Martha loved spending time with her family and friends and was loved by all who knew her. A gracious,
classy and sweet southern lady, she loved to cook and crochet and was especially fond of watching
Hallmark movies.
