Mary R.B. Allen, 89, of Orlando, FL, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2019.  Mary was born December 29, 1929, in London, England, where she grew up and earned a degree in nursing.  She was deeply devoted to her husband, Ken and he, along with their 3 children were the primary focus of her life.  Ken's mining career required the family to move frequently, bringing out Mary's fortitude for international travel and an ability to adapt to new challenges, including raising a family in some of the most remote regions of the Andes Mountains.  Mary was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was intelligent and had a keen sense of intuition.  Mary was also gentle and kind-hearted, appreciated the beauty of nature and loved animals.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ken Allen and is survived by sons Michael (Julie) & Neil (Julie), daughter Deirdre (Scott Atkins); 5 grandchildren, Patrick (Nicole), Barbara (Brian Hill), Steven, Monica (Justin Frost), Neil Jr.; and 9 great-grandchildren Shayla, Tala, and Eleanor Hill, Tyler & BreAnna Atkins, and Kendall, Colton, Bryar and Ansley Frost.

Her sweet spirit will be missed by all.
