Mary V. Moore, 81, of Venice, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Ernest "Babe" Moore and Great Grandmother of the late Theo Collins . She is survived by her three daughters, Judy Hill and son in law Buddy Hill of Venice, FL, Carolyn Clark and son in law Richard Clark of Newport News, VA, Tina Orr of San Antonio, TX, one son, Ernest L. Moore, Jr., of Newport News, VA, one sister, Robin Karens and brother-in-law Juni Karens of Magnolia, KY, 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great- Grandchildren. Mary was an active member of the Menchville Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, watching TV and looking for Alligators in the lake. Family services will be private.
