Mary Melinda Spence, 80, New Smyrna Beach FL died Friday, March 26, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was born in Colquitt, Georgia and came to this area in 1966. She worked as a home health caregiver. Her family remembers her favorite activities being bingo, fishing, her family and grandchildren.   She leaves to cherish her memory daughters Pam Spence of New Smyrna Beach, Peggy Ritchie of Cypress, TX, Gail Kent of Tallahassee, FL, Susie (Dana) Rowe of Panama City, FL, Sherry Parker of Durham, Maine, 13 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.   Committal will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Tallahassee. In lieu of other rememberances the family requests donations to Halifax Hospice of Volusia Southeast Care Center 4140 South Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141.
