"Mary Ruth Parker Vernon, 85, of Orlando, Fl. passed away peacefully on February 23, 2023.  Ruth was born on November 19, 1937 in Ashland, Ky.  She was predeceased by her parents and also by her only sibling, a brother, who passed unexpectedly when they were children.  Ruth loved the Lord and was always happy to share her faith.  She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Her grands and great-grands brought so much joy to her.  Those left to cherish her memory, daughter Cindy (Sanford) Brown, son David (Sherri) and daughter Rebecca (Fahad) Vania, grandchildren, Richmond, Lindsey, Audrey, Lola and Darius, great-grandchildren, Jericco, Vonzi, Parker and Tully.  A private graveside service was held at Greenwood Cemetery on March 1st, 2023"
