MaryAnn Pina, of East Providence, Rhode 9Island, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, in Maitland, Florida, at the age of 93.

Born in Carver, Massachusetts, on September 6, 1933, MaryAnn spent most of her life in East Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred Pina, Jr. of New Bedford, Massachusetts, and worked more than 20 years for the Amica Insurance Company.

MaryAnn was an amazing mother and a loving Nani to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved life and was a God-loving woman with a generous heart. If someone needed help, MaryAnn was the kind of person who would be there for them.

She found great joy in flowers, gardening, and baking. She especially treasured traveling with her daughter and spending time with her family. Family activities were where she gave her time, her love, and her whole heart. Her family will remember her for the love she gave so freely and for the many memories she created with them.

MaryAnn was predeceased by her parents, Frank Pina and Mary Santos; her husband, Alfred Pina, Jr.; and her siblings, Jenni Mae Gail, Josephine Pina, John Miranda, and John Pina.

She is survived by her siblings, Shirley Javerly of Rhode Island and Jacqueline Miranda of North Carolina; her daughter, Robin Clark of Florida; her son, Craig A. Pina of Arizona; her son-in-law, Kevin S. Clark of Florida; several nieces and nephews; her grandchildren, Derek M. Grant of Florida, Dallas E. Pina of Arizona, Jasmine A. Pina of Arizona, Korey S. Clark of Rhode Island, Kyla Irvin of Florida, and Madison A. Pina of Spain; and her great-grandchildren, Kayden S. Clark, Kennedy S. Clark, Desirae N. Irvin, Aniya S. Irvin, and Darius D. Irvin, Jr.

MaryAnn's love for God, her family, and life itself will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

The family will gather for a Celebration of Life in Westport, Massachusetts, on October 30, 2026, for immediate family.
