Maureen Ann Dalton-Regan, age 73, of Flagler Beach, Florida, passed away on August 15, 2026. She had been a cherished resident of the Flagler Beach community since 2016.

Maureen was born on August 9, 1953 in Brooklyn, New York to Herbert Patrick and Mary Elizabeth Dalton. She grew up in the East Flatbush and Windsor Terrace neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Maureen built an impressive career in the reinsurance business, ultimately achieving the position of Vice President for Munich Re. Her dedication and leadership were widely respected by her colleagues throughout the industry.

Maureen was sharp and driven, yet the kindest person you would ever meet; she touched everyone she met. She truly loved her retirement years in Flagler Beach. She spent much of her time traveling worldwide, exploring new cultures and creating memories with Greg forever at her side. Her vibrant spirit and generous memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Greg Regan; her children, Ron and Brian Thompson; and her siblings, brother Hugh Dalton and sister Kathleen Healy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Mary, and her brother, Danny.

A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
