We are saddened to announce the passing of  Maureen J. (Bicsey) Post, North Port Florida, age 62, who died at her home on June 24 after a brief fight with cancer.

Maureen was born on February 13,1962 to the late John D. and Lois A. (Bell) Bicsey in McKeesport Pa.

After the family moved to Westerville Ohio later that year, she went on to graduate from Westerville North in 1980.

Her career was in the mobile home parts industry until her death.

Maureen loved living in Florida, where she met the love of her life Scott Rosa with whom she lived with for ten years until her untimely death. She always had dogs by her side, treating them like her children. Maureen truly was a "dog whisperer". Maureen will be remembered for her wonderful personality, her kindness and her loyalty and devotion. Maureen gave everything and would expect nothing in return. Maureen loved life and wouldn't want anyone to be saddened by her passing, but rather them to stay strong and honor her memory.

In addition to her parents, Maureen is preceded in death by beloved aunt Joan Bicsey, sister Luann Bicsey Fowler and grandparents Andy and Mary Bicsey, and Barbara Kegg.

She is survived by sister Barbie Bicsey of Sunbury, Ohio and brother Jon Bicsey of Pittsburgh PA.

Maureen will be missed by all she encountered.
