Maxie Enneis Phillips Everett, 88, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on May 26, 2019 after battling COPD. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Francis and Marjorie Enneis, and her husband of 41 years, Edmond C. Philips, and later her husband of 22 years, Jack F. Everett.

She is survived by her children, Marcie Philips Heatherington, Clay (Mary) Philips, Bart (Judy) Philips, and scot (Cheryl) Philips and 12 grandchildren and 14 ½ great-grandchildren.

At Maxie's request, there will be no services.
