Melvyn R. Gianotti, 83, of Clermont, Florida passed away on July 15, 2020. He was born on February 11, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York.  For his career, Melvyn was a Printer for Newsday. He was married to Minnie Badamo and had five children Gary (Denise) Gianotti, Theresa (Richard) Boothe, Richard Gianotti, John (companion Manny) Gianotti, and Joseph (Annette) Gianotti. He was married to Gail Bartlett for over 30 years. Melvyn's Hobbies included Shuffleboard, Tennis, Paddle Ball, and Traveling. He will be remembered as a family man who always showed care and concern for his children's well-being and for his enthusiasm for life. Melvyn is survived by his loving companion Marci Shankman; 4 children; 3 stepchildren Michael (Dotty) Bartlett, Kevin Bartlett, Jeannie Bartlett; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister Nancy (Joe) Salvagna; and Brother Robert (Dale) Gianotti.
