Michael (Mike) Lee Blanc, age 76, loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend of Ocala Florida's Oak Run Community, passed away April 22 ^nd , 2021.

Mike was born March 15 ^th , 1945 in Waterloo, IA to Leland and Betty (Case) Blanc. After graduating, he joined the Navy and proudly served his country. He married Loretta Jean Stover on October 14, 1967, then relocated to Erie PA. He retired from GE after many years of service and moved to Florida to enjoy his retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Lori (Stover) Blanc, his sons Michael (Stacie Lanagan) Blanc and John Blanc, six grandchildren Elizabeth Blanc, Alex Blanc, Ryan Lanagan, Jessica Blanc, Samantha Blanc, Logan Lanagan-Blanc, and one great grandchild, Leo Blanc-Holmes, sister Tracey (Kevin) Whitaker and sister-in-law Linda Blanc. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland and Betty Blanc and his brother Mark Blanc.

Mike was a fun-loving man that loved his family and was a friend and help to all he met. He enjoyed the outdoors and came to love the many parks that Florida has to offer.

Services will be held at Joy Lutheran Evangelical Church on April 28 ^th , 2021 at 12pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Joy Lutheran Evangelical Church.
