Michael Pertessis (68), of Palm Coast, Fl passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2022. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 8th, 1953, to John and Gloria Pertessis.

If you asked a hundred people who Michael Pertessis was, they'd all give you a different answer. A sweet soul with a kind heart. A great listener who was always there whenever you needed him. A giver who liked to help those in need, even when he didn't have anything. A jokester who always made everyone laugh. He was all of these things, but most of all he was, an amazing father, brother, son and friend. He did everything he could for his children. Michael loved his parents with everything he had, and he took care of his mother in the last years of her life. It didn't matter if he was trying to entertain his seatmate during a boring lesson. Or trying to distract his brothers and sisters from times when they were in trouble. No matter the occasion, Michael had a story.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, John Pertessis. His mother, Gloria Pertessis. And his sister, Rosalie Cimorelli.

Michael is survived by his daughter Desiree, his son Matthew, his sister Gloriaann, his brother John, and his brother Louie. He is also survived by his two granddaughters, Payson Gier-Pertessis and ElleAnna Pertessis.

On Friday, July 1, 2022, at 2 PM there will be a family goodbyes ceremony for Michael Pertessis at Baldwin Brothers funeral home in Ormond Beach, Florida.
