Michael John Syrek, 73, of Palm Coast, FL, passed away April 20, 2024. He was born in Japan on May 31, 1950, to parents Henry and Tokiko Syrek, and grew up in Stoughton, Massachusetts.

Michael loved shooting pool with friends and fishing. He had a wonderful personality and was a friend to everyone he met. He was always joking and laughing and was easy to talk to. He met and married Rose and together they were married for almost 36 years. They started their life together in Stoughton, Massachusetts and eventually made their way to Palm Coast, Florida. He enjoyed working on projects and remodeling their home.

Michael is survived by his wife, Rose Syrek of Palm Coast, FL, his sons, Michael James Syrek of Stoughton, MA, Matthew Syrek of Stoughton, MA, and Tom Syrek of East Bridgewater, MA, his stepdaughter, Janice Shields Charles of Lee, NH, and stepson, Joseph Shields of Boston, MA. He also leaves to cherish his memory 7 grandchildren and many friends.

Michael is very dearly loved and will be greatly missed. His love and memory will live forever in our hearts.
