Micheline Pickersgill Clawson, beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, and auntie, walked into the arms of her Lord on August 21, 2022, following a brief battle with cancer. Micheline fought her battle with the same quiet courage and faith that she shared with friends and family daily. She continued to bring joy and smiles, and share prayers, as she held her family's hands, during her final hours.

Micheline has called the United States home for many years, but grew up in Canada. She has spent her life sharing her love for Christ and animals, with everyone. During her years in Canada, Micheline trained and ran sled dog teams. She continued to bring joy to many homes and throughout her later years with the toy breed puppies she raised and trained, for loving homes. Micheline also owned and trained several excellent trail horses. Many of her clients quickly turned to adoring friends that meant the world to her.

Micheline is survived by her devoted husband Robert "Wil" Clawson, son, John Clawson and wife Becky, daughters, Maggie Powell and husband Jason, and Hannah Clawson,  grandchildren, Molly Clawson, Eli Powell, and Jacob Clawson, brother, Alain and wife Cyndy, and numerous nieces and nephews, that held a special place in "Auntie Michy's" heart.

A Celebration of Life will be will be held, September 10, 2022 at Timber Ridge Community Church of Ocala, Florida at 11 am. Micheline will be laid to rest, next to her mother, in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
