Mildred Iris Major, 86, of Ocklawaha, FL passed away October 17, 2018.  Born in Wahalla, SC she came to this area in 2006 from Seneca, SC.  Mildred was a member of New Vision Baptist Church and former member of Little Dove Baptist Church.  She is survived by her children, Margaret Elaine Bryce (Daniel Sagaert) of Ocklawaha, FL, Theresa Marlene Cantu (Angel) of Jupiter, FL, Robie Larson of Ocklawaha, FL and Bobby Major (Kathy) of Royal Palm Beach, FL; brother, Tommy McAlister, sisters, Gladys Evett and Francis Lusk all of South Carolina; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. Major.  A Celebration of Mildred's Life will be held at New Vision Baptist Church (10461 SE Maricamp Rd.
