Millie is survived by and was the loving wife of Jim McGraw, Mother to Deborah Schlichte, Christine Mello, Karen Harmon and Nancy Ritter Louden, Stepmother to Lisa McGraw, Jessica Paul and Jennifer Geers, and Grandmother to many. She is also survived by her brother Ralph Waddell

Millie was a lover of all adventures from boating to sky diving. She showed her Southern roots via gardening and cooking skills. She and Jim practiced their faith and volunteerism through Seven Hills Church in Florence, KY and Awaken Church in North Port, FL.
