Mildred Elizabeth Paulsen "Millie", age 78, passed away Wednesday May 2, 2018 at the Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, Florida with her extensive loving family by her side.

Millie was born on February 22, 1940 in Lynn, Massachusetts to the late William and Mildred Cahill.  She was the third born of eleven children, six preceded her in death; her sisters, Regina, Dorothy, and Maureen, her deceased brothers, William, John, and Arthur.

She was educated in the Saugus School System.  She married David Evington Paulsen December 28, 1962, moved to Chelmsford Massachusetts in 1967 and raised their three children.  They provided a home to family and friends where they gathered many summers by the "Paulsen Compound" pool creating happy memories for many.  She loved entertaining her family and friends and her most memorable quote was, "The more, the merrier!" with her Millie Lite in hand.  In 2004 they bought land in Wells River Vermont and lived the snow bird life of summers up North and winters in Florida.

Millie leaves behind her husband David after 55 years of marriage, their three children; daughter Janice L. Paulsen and her fiancé William J. Keenan, III of Pepperell and his children Jenni and Justin Aruda and William J. Keenan, IV and Regan Keenan, her son Lon and his wife Jessica and their children Ethan, Brendan and Olivia and her son Erik and his wife Gillian Hodgen and their son Soren.  She leaves behind her siblings; Sisters Mary Petrucci and Christina Bingham, brothers Fred and Doreen Cahill and Joe and Nancy Cahill, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
