In Loving Memory of
Nancy L. Murphy
5/22/40 – 6/27/24
Nancy L. Murphy passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024 at The Halifax Hospice Care Center of Port Orange. She was born in Jackson Michigan on May 22nd 1940. She was the daughter of the late Chalmers and Mildred (Layne) Huston.
She is survived by her children Linda (Bob) Strazar of Port Orange, Florida and Judy (Scott) Hale of Lake Milton, Ohio. Grandchildren Sarah Strazar, Stacy (Chris) Meyers, Cory (Kelli) Strazar, Taylor (Alexandra) Hale, Kayla (Joshua Stapleton) Hale, and Brittany Hale.
Great Grandchildren, Jackson, Calvin, Penelope, Bryce, Skylar, Emmitt, Brielle, August, and Dallas.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Richard Huston, James Huston, Barbara Runge, Diana Zachary and granddaughter Allison Hale.
Nancy was a dearly loved aunt and a cherished friend to many. She will always be remembered by the way she loved her family and friends.
She is no longer suffering. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is her reward in heaven.
Memorial Service will be held
on Wednesday July 31, 2024 – 11AM

Nancy will be laid to eternal rest in Richfield Ohio. Details of her Ohio Services will be made available at a later date.
