Nancy Rainey, 95, of Largo, FL, passed away February 1, 2026. She was born in New York on September 29, 1930 and graduated from high school in Long Island, NY. She was married, first to Phil Ferrazano Sr, and then later to Dan Rainey, and she career in the restaurant industry, working for local companies, including the Hampton Inn. In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandkids. She was quite the animal lover and especially adored her pet cat, Fergie.

Nancy is survived by her son, Philip Ferrazano Jr; her daughters, Luann Ferrazano Gordon, and Linda Burns; her grandchildren, Michelle Davis, Joe Gordon, Jessica Gordon, Nicole Yates, Jamie Ferrazano, and Faith Ferrazano; her siblings, Jen Ferrazano, Dan Gordon, Howarde Davis, Jim Scott, and Joe Burns; 7 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild, Cory Hanson. She is predeceased by her son, Frank; and one granddaughter, Kristine Ferrazano.

A memorial service will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on March 29, 2026, at the American Legion Post 7 in Clearwater, FL.
