Nargarbhai
Patel
July 25, 1931 – February 18, 2022
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nagarbhai G. Patel of Estero, Florida on Friday, February 18, 2022, at the age of 90.
Nagarbhai G. Patel came to the U.S from India at the young age of twenty-one in 1953. He was one of the first pioneers to settle in the country from our samaj. Through hard work and dedication, he studied intensely to earn 2 Masters and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Meanwhile, he diligently worked to raise a family of four daughters. Important to him was blending the two cultures while maintaining and honoring Indian family traditions. He was a humble, driven, jolly, quiet-spoken, transparent soul and he got along with anyone of any age. We will always honor and live through his meaningful mantra he instilled in all of us:
"Make yourself proud, Make your parents proud, and Make your grandparents proud…"
HE IS SURVIVED BY~
