Neil Robert Tinker, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2020, with his loving family by his side. He was 78 years old. Neil was born on July 14, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Ernest Tinker and Elizabeth (Spence) Tinker. During his working life, he was a machinist at AeroControlex. Neil was also a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Neil is survived by his loving wife, Dona Tinker, of Chardon, Ohio; son, Robert (Cindy) Tinker of Orwell, Ohio; daughter, Tracy (Mark) Ferron of Geneva, Ohio; stepdaughter, Melissa (Jeff) Richard of Chardon, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was a friend to all, always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved spending time with his family, and also loved cars. He was very fun loving, loved to dance, and was always smiling and laughing.

Neil will be dearly missed by all.
