Neil is a native of Detroit, Michigan. He srved in the United States Army during WW II. He married Marcia December 30, 1941. He worked many years at the National Bank of Detroit where he was Assistant Vice President.   Neil leaves to cherish his memory sons Robert of Edgewater and Gary of Santa Barbara, CA; a sister Jean Holzman of Troy, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife Marcia and a brother Darwin. Parkview Memorial Gardens in Livonia, MI.
