Norma Norris Hemminger , 77, of The Villages, died February 28 ^th , 2018 after a determined battle with cancer.  Born in Kentucky, she moved to Florida in her early years.  She graduated from Northeast High in St. Petersburg and the University of Florida.  She worked and raised two children in South Florida then retired in The Villages where she took full advantage of all the activities. Survived by her daughter Inger Rarick (spouse Kevin), son Darryl Hemminger (spouse Erin) and four grandchildren.
