Norris L. Williams, 80, passed away on June 11, 2015. Memories of Norris will be kept alive by his wife of 57 years, Sandra Williams; children Kristi Williams, Kevin (Eva) Williams, Kendra (Michael) Paul, Kyle (Kristen) Williams; and grandchildren Nikolas (Gabrielle) Williams, Zackary Williams, Dominique Williams, Sydny Paul, Addison Paul, and Joshua Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Enid. Norris was a graduate of Plattsburg High School and The Ohio State University. He worked as a soil scientist for the state of Ohio for 32 years before starting his own soil consulting service. Norris and his family also owned and operated a Christmas tree farm in Middlefield, Ohio. Norris remained an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Indians. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a medic while stationed in Germany from 1957-1959. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Legacy House hospice at 9505 SW 110th St, Ocala, FL 34481 or to the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
