Barbara Rossman, born on May 29, 1944, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 25, 2025, in Tavares, Florida.

Barbara cherished spending time at the beach, particularly in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. She enjoyed shopping and treasured moments spent with her friends and family.

She is survived by her son, Todd Rossman, his wife Jami Rossman; her grandson, Troy Rossman; her granddaughter, Jesi Rossman; her brother, William D. "Bill" Singer; her nephew and his wife, Jason Davidson and Tricia; and her other nephew, William R. Singer.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Velma and William Singer; her daughter, Nickole Rossman; and her sister-in-law, Dawn Singer.

A private family service will be held in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Battered Women's Shelter in memory of Nickole Rossman.
