Carl David Lippincott III, 73 went to be with the Lord 9-9-23. A long time resident of Leesburg, born in Zephyrhills, Florida to Dorothy Gambrell (McCullers) and Carl David Lippincott Jr.

Carl proudly served in the Navy. Carl was an avid fisherman, which started at a very young age.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly and stepmom Arlene. Also survived by children Suzanne, Marie and Melissa, Johnathan, John David and step-children Christian and Colby and several grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held with his family, friends and church family at Logos Church / Casa De Esperanza: 8837 CR 44, Leesburg, Florida 34788, Saturday, September 27th at 11am, followed by a light brunch. All attendees are encouraged to wear orange, Carl's favorite color!

He will be interred at Bushnell National Cemetery on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 1pm.

The family request in lieu of flowers and casseroles — restaurant and GrubHub gift cards would be appreciated, giving Kim an opportunity to rest and grieve her husband.
